This is still very much a yoga retreat, but the added elements of holistic fitness and the importance of Self-Care in modern life, along with inspiring nutritional advice about the healing powers of food, combine together to offer a 360 degree approach to a healthier, fitter and happier You – the very best version of yourself that you can be!
We strongly believe that it is your birthright to feel fit, well and in good health, and the Rejuvenate retreat is ideal to kickstart your own wellness ritual. It is ideal for you if you are feeling unmotivated, are having trouble starting or sticking to a health and fitness regime, or are simply lacking your ‘sparkle’ with depleted energy levels after illness, injury or personal crisis. how it happens…
The yoga practice is based on the understanding that yoga in its true form is very much a philosophy for life. It’s not just about the physical practice of the asanas, but it is choosing to live a more ‘conscious’ existence, being present and mindful in a way that can enhance our well-being in all areas of our lives.
Our holistic fitness sessions serve the body as a whole, with training techniques tailor-made to your goals, body-type and level of fitness. This is not a bootcamp! This is an intelligent, conscious way to exercise.
The seasonal and locally sourced dishes we serve on Rejuvenate will inspire you to abandon poor eating habits and ignite a passion for clean, super-nutritious plant-based foods that are satisfying and delicious. This is not a retreat of food deprivation – it’s a retreat of abundance!
The talks and workshops will include specifically chosen topics tailored for the group, and will expand on the innate power of the right kinds of food to heal and enhance your health. We will empower you to feel confident about the food choices you make at home when you return from the retreat. We will also be weaving in the philosophy and the importance of Self-Care as a daily practise for optimum vitality in body and mind.
