A typical day on an Alpine Glow Yoga & Wellness Escape

 

 

Soothed by the quiet and tranquil influence of the snow, your morning silent walk down to the yoga studio prepares you to dive into your practice.

 

 

Two teachers lead and support every class to empower and ensure that your individual yoga needs can be met, improving your mind-body connection and getting you “into the zone” for time on the slopes.

Breakfast back in the Lodge or Quatre Saison chalet,  is followed by snow-time – where our dedicated Snow-hosts will curate personalised programmes of your chosen activities, so you can decide how to explore the great-white snow-majesty day by day… on foot, skis, skins, or simply to indulge in the vistas at the summit, with feet up…. a hot tea… and a good book!  

Late lunches bring the group together with the hot-tub and outdoor fire welcoming you to relax and restore.

Afternoons offer leisurely self-time to enjoy relaxing intimate chats and make lasting connections with like-minded guests from around the world.

Tailor-made programmes of treatments & therapies are designed especially for you by Larah and the wellness team and are woven into your stay – mostly in the afternoons.

Evenings are designed for total replenishment – with yin/restorative yoga, mantras & meditations and sweet-soulful sound baths inviting you to rest, receive and replenish. 

 

 

07.00 onwards – Vitalise ginger/turmeric/lemon/local herbal teas and optional “medicinal” heart-warming elixir shots

 

08.00 – 09.30 – Morning Yoga and meditations – Purifying juices – yoga reflections, Q & A 

 

10.00 – Revive Healthy breakfast more than hearty enough to fuel you for the snowy slopes!

 

10.30 onwards – Snow-time! Enjoy tailor-made programmes of skiing/skinning/snow-shoeing/hiking coordinated by your Chalet hosts or Lodge concierge teams.

 

14.00 Late lunch – Reconnect with your Snow Yoga Wellness Escape circle of new friends!

 

15.00 onwards  – Siesta, self-care time, spa treatments or therapies; personalised programmes recommended by our wellness team during your initial 1:1 consultations.

 

18.00 – Evening Yin/Restorative Yoga, Meditation & Mantras, healing sound bath sessions…

 

19.30 – Supper – a delicious communal feast with healthy and purifying cuisine; gluten, sugar and cow-dairy free.
