About the Retreat

The Bliss Sanctuary is for you if you are in need of more space – space in your body, your breath and your mind. This retreat will calm and restore you, if you’ve been running, running – looking straight ahead without glancing around you to enjoy the moment and perhaps you feel you’ve lost something along the way. The Bliss Sanctuary is a place where you can just be, take stock and let us do the work, as we guide you through a magical few days of re-energising, purifying and some sweet, gentle luxury.
How it happens…
Greet the day in peace as you immerse yourself in daily yoga and meditation practises, where you will learn to quieten the ‘monkey-mind’ and focus on the deeper wisdom within you. Nurture and explore your body with juicy, nourishing yoga that is focussed, intention led & guided with mindfulness to enable you to create your own practise and your own ‘sanctuary’ wherever you are.
Whether you choose to take a step back and surrender to the peace of the Sanctuary – or whether you are coming here because you wish to dive a little deeper – you’ll learn a range of techniques to support your life path – as well as be fully pampered by our team.
